Inspired by the Pauline Devotions dedicated for each day in a week, Sr. M. Arlene Martinez, PDDM echoed her thanksgiving to God and to all who made her Perpetual Profession of Vows meaningful on May 18, 2013, 3:00p.m. at the Divine Master Convent in Antipolo City.

Dearest Sisters,

Greetings of peace and joy on this beautiful month of Mary! Let me start this Circular letter in a note of thanksgiving for the Spirit’s work in each of us during the Seminar on our Charismatic history and the Annual Spiritual Exercises. I am happy to hear each one’s appreciation of the themes and materials chosen and expounded during this graced moment. Many shared how the seminar input helped them gain new information and insight on the presence of God in our PDDM history. Many also became aware of the spiritual and charismatic experience channeled through the Pauline Prayers that were deepened during the retreat. I sincerely hope that we will continue to be challenged by the Pauline PDDM charism we have received. It is our intention in fact, that in these three years of preparation for the Centenary of the Pauline Family and even beyond, we will be converted from being mere “consumers” of the charism to being “producers,” that is, living channels and communicators of the gift of God generously given to our religious family.

This year’s PDDM Juniors’ Convention which gathered the temporary-professed sisters at Uy’s Farm in Brgy. Bilog, Alfonso, Cavite last April 15-18, 2013 was dubbed with the theme Culture and the New Evangelization.
