Quezon City - At the Provincial House in Alberione Center, seven of these sisters coming from the PDDM communities in Antipolo and Quezon City renewed their Vows within the Mass presided by Fr. Jojo Zerrudo, Parish Priest of Holy Redeemer. In his homily, Fr. Zerrudo highlighted how sin rendered us naked as what the first reading says and how God the Father, through His Son, Jesus Christ clothed us with the garments of salvation. He beautifully connected it to the religious life, how God sanded and varrnished our rough edges, thus, refined us and made us participate in the divinity of Christ, our Lord and Master. Right after the Eucharistic Celebration, everyone gathered for a simple breakfast and the opening of gifts and the reading of greetings to the renewalists.
